General Conditions of Antico Benessere S.r.l.

Antico Benessere S.r.l.  – Terms and conditionsObjective
These terms and conditions refer to the acquisition of services, performed remotely via computer network at https://www.anticobenessere.it, a site belonging to Antico Benessere S.r.l.. Each purchase transaction will be governed by the provisions of Decree no. 185/99 and, as regards the protection of confidentiality, it will be submitted to the rules of Law no. 675/96 and further amends. Acceptance of the terms of sale. The customer,  by submitting an electronic confirmation of the purchase order, unconditionally accepts and agrees to comply with the general conditions and payment conditions transcribed below in the dealings with Antico Benessere, declaring to have read and accepted all the information presented to him under the legal terms mentioned above.

1. Customer Commitments
The present General Conditions of Sale must be examined online by the visiting customers of  https://www.anticobenessere.it before confirming any purchases. The submission of the confirmation order implies therefore the full knowledge of the General Conditions of Sale and their full acceptance. The customer agrees and undertakes, once the online purchase process is concluded, to print out and keep these General Conditions of Sale, already examined and accepted during the purchase process, in order to fully satisfy the conditions referred to in the articles 3 and 4 of the Legislative Decree no. 185/1999.

2. Completion of the agreement
The quoted prices are gross including VAT. The order is a contractual offer that Antico Benessere may or may not accept. The contract is concluded with the provision of the service. Before submitting the order, please ensure that the amount payable for the services ordered is correct.

3. Supply
An email is sent to the client with a summary of the services requested via the website to the email address provided at the moment of purchase. Virtual shipping – For the services for which the customer has chosen the virtual shipping option, a voucher will be sent to the address or addresses indicated by the customer.
Physical delivery – The products will be sent by post office or courier to the address or the addresses indicated by the customer. In this case shipping charges will be communicated before the shipping.
Use and validity of vouchers – To benefit from the services of a voucher this must be presented by the user at the reception desk of the chosen location at the time of use of the services therein contained. Reservation in required.
Unless otherwise explicitly printed or written on the voucher itself, both virtual and ordinary vouchers have a validity of 6 months from the date of issue: once expired, the right to claim the services thereon indicated terminates. No refund is due for unused services.

4. Terms of payment
Payments shall be made immediately after the order of service and prior to its delivery.

5. Cancellation and refunds
In the event of cancellations and / or modifications by the user due to force majeure, it is compulsory to communicate the cancellation of the appointment at least 48 hours before the treatment, otherwise the voucher becomes invalid.

7. Miscellaneous
This agreement shall be governed by Italian law. The court of jurisdiction is Bergamo. Under article 1341 of the Civil Code, the buyer hereby accepts the terms referred to in paragraphs 1, 2, 3, 4, 5,6 and 7 of the present document.

Delivery times and costs

Antico Benessere guarantees delivery within the Italian territory within 10-15 working days; for shipments within the EU delivery may take between 10 and 20 working days. Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding national holidays.All orders are shipped from our warehouse via post office or courier.
Shipping cost:
– Virtual shipping, instant delivery and free email.
– Physical delivery: the amount of shipment will be notified via email prior to shipment
Returns and Refunds on withdrawal instructions
– Pursuant to art. 49, paragraph 4, –Right of withdrawalYou have the right to terminate the contract, without giving any reason within 14 days. The withdrawal period will expire after 14 days(I) the date of conclusion of the contract, in the case of a service purchase; or
(Ii) the day on which you or a third party other than the carrier and indicated by you acquires, physical possession of the goods, in case of purchase of property;To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision to withdraw from this contract by an unequivocal statement (eg a letter sent by post, fax or email).

To this end may use the attached model withdrawal form, but it is not mandatory.To comply with the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning your exercise of the right of withdrawal before the expiration of the withdrawal period.

Effects of withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse all payments received on our behalf, without undue delay and in any event no later than 14 days from the day we are informed about your decision to withdraw from this contract. These refunds will be made using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise; in any case, it will not incur any fees as a result of such reimbursement.The return of property will bear costs. Property restitution will be made by courier or mail.You are only responsible for the decrease in value of the goods resulting from the handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.Please note that, pursuant to art. 59, paragraph 1, lett. e) of Legislative Decree no. 205/2006 (bearing the Consumer Code), the right of withdrawal is excluded in relation to the supply of sealed goods which are not suitable to be returned for hygienic reasons or related to the protection of health and have been opened after delivery. This does not affect in any case the legal guarantees of conformity.
